Strongly recommended! Great location on the west bank, quiet place, lots of shops and cafes around. Huge clean room with a view of the Nile, delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. They gave me a more comfortable room with a balcony without extra charge

Gentillesse du personnel, le gérant nous a aidé pour avoir un chauffeur et un guide exceptionnel pour les visites. L’emplacement est exceptionnel avec une vue sur le Nil avec traversée directe et à des prix négocié par l’hôtel

Başta konaklamamızı Batı ve Doğu Yakası olarak planlamıştık, ancak Nile Castle’daki ilk gecemizden çok memnun kalınca planımızı değiştirip 3 geceyi de Batı Yakası’nda geçirdik. Batı Yakası; daha sakin, manzarası güzel ve Doğu Yakası’na sadece 10–15 dakikada ulaşılabilmesiyle bizim için çok daha keyifliydi. Otel yeni ve oldukça temiz. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve çeşitli, çalışanlar ise her konuda çok ilgili ve yardımcı. Özellikle Omar’a, samimiyeti ve her an destek olması sayesinde kendimizi evimizde hissettirdiği için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Sık seyahat eden bir çift olarak otelin genelinden çok memnun kaldık. Sadece asansör ve internetle ilgili küçük sorunlar vardı, ancak otelin yeni olması ve bölgesel altyapı nedeniyle bunun kısa sürede çözüleceğini düşünüyoruz. Mısır’a seyahat ediyorsanız Luksor’u mutlaka rotanıza ekleyin. Konaklama için Nile Castle’ı kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz; transfer dahil her konuda Omar’dan destek almanızı öneririz.

Wi-Fi bağlantısında bazı sorunlar vardı; bunun büyük ihtimalle bölgesel altyapıdan kaynaklandığını düşünüyoruz. Ayrıca asansör de muhtemelen otelin yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olması nedeniyle henüz hizmete alınmamıştı.
