Personnel très bien et qualité de la chambre avec une très belle vue sur le Nil

Le problème est l odeur d égout dans la salle de bain qui gâche malheureusement la qualité de l hotel qui est très bien. Personnel jeunes est très bien très sympathique.

Newly renovated with fresh clean rooms. Omar and the team were always on hand to help, even when we had a problem with the room on the first night, they were swift resolve the issue. Also the free breakfast is better than what you’ll find in most places.

Couldn’t stay longer.

房间里都很新很干净环境确实不错，感觉是目前在埃及住到最像酒店的地方，性价比很高，早餐也很好就餐环境和河景（酒店的项目一个都不要参加，例如机场20刀和打车200埃镑区别…

如果忽略308没有热水，换到204房间里又没沙发，2楼窗景都是房子和垃圾外。因为多住一天，前一晚没洗澡就没管热水的事，第二天一早出去玩反馈308没有热水的情况，这边的效率就是拖，说你回来就修好了，一身汗必须要洗澡发现还是没热水，拉扯半天终于换房，经理还问我开心吗（很难开心）

ナイル川沿いで眺めがとても良い。ルクソール神殿が対岸に見える。スタッフがフレンドリーで親切。特にOmar さんのホスピタリティは一流でした。 一階のレストランのマスターもとても感じがよくて、細かなことによく気がつく人で、笑顔が素敵でした。
