Triumph Luxury Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurants is delicious. Thank you Amr....molokhia was fabulous.

The hotel looks five stars but the service is not. It took 2 phone calls to get room service to clean my room. Had an appointment with massage at 10:30 and when I arrived there they said we don’t have time as your appointment was 10. Asked for late check out at 3 and was confirmed that it was ok only to keep getting calls at 11:30 asking when I would leave and when I told them the name of the person they said we can only give you till 2. Went to the cafe and asked to be seated outside and waited for 20 minutes no one came so I left then the came running after me!

الفندق بصورة عامة مريح و نظيف و الموظفين ودودين و الطعام كان جيد جداً .. كل ما ازعجني في فترة اقامتي كان فقط اعمال الصيانة التي تتم في الفندق و الصوت الصادر من تلك الاعمال.. ارشح هذا الفندق و انصح بتجربته و انا عن نفسي سوف اعيد التجربة مرة اخرى ان شاء الله

This hotel is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel is in a newly developed area, it’s a nice neighborhood but quite far from the center/downtown with traffic. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place is very enjoyable and all the staff is very friendly. I tried several hotels in Cairo and I am surprised by the high quality of service provided here. Highly recommended.

It took the front desk team approx 40 minutes to find my reservations. When I got to the room, it was extremely cold (AC running at 10 degrees Celsius), the crew tried to get the heat going, but that also took 1+ hours. Overall, the lobby looks great, but the process / room could be better.
