The children’s splash pool was amazing! My daughter loved it!

Had the most amazing time at Marelen Hotel and will be looking to stay here again. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel couldn't have a better location being just a short walk from the main centre with all the restaurants and bars as well as only being 250 metres from the beach.

The hotel is excellent and we had a great stay. All the staff are helpful, friendly and very welcoming without being intrusive. They really work hard and especially with the current covid situation the staff take yours and their health really seriously, at no point did we feel at risk or that we were putting anyone else at risk. The food is fantastic, we had breakfast and the buffet. The staff serve you the food from the breakfast and evening buffet selections and you just choose what you want. We spent days relaxing by the main pool which has a great snack bar and when the kids did their own thing we went to the adult pool which is amazing. There is also a great kids pool for the younger ones. Very near the lovely sandy beach just 2 minutes walk away. I highly recommend this hotel we had a perfect holiday and will definitely go back.

Hotel Marelen is a modern hotel, 10 minutes from Laganas. The rooms are clean and a nice size with gorgeous pools to relax. There’s a variety of snacks that are nice and drinks at the pool but no cocktails. The staff were helpful and it is a 10 minute walk to Kalamaki which has the most amazing restaurants based there. The only thing that the hotel could improve was to have an entertainment team or music playing around the pool however an entertainment team may not have been there due to covid. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The whole stay was good. just breakfast was a little limited and need to be better. The facilities, in general, were great. The staff was most helpful.

The hotel is adequate, reasonably clean, breakfast is reasonable. Fine if you want a no frills holiday. However, there is no element of customer service, no care about whether you have what you need to enjoy your holiday. Check out was poor, I handed over the keys and asked to check out, they said goodbye. Nothing about how our holiday was? We had a late check out, luggage is kept in an unlocked room in the (tiny) carpark. We had to use our week old beach towels to dry ourselves, there was no shower gel, no where to hang dry clothes as you showered and changed. Lights that were on a short time switch so constantly went out. I could go on but I won’t. This is NOT a four star hotel, it would scrape a 3. However if you want something close to the airport, the beach and good restaurants then good luck....

Really nice hotel very clean and very stylish. The adult only pool was great with comfy beds. The lounge and bar area were really lovely. Service at the pool bar was excellent and very friendly. The food at breakfast was also great plenty of choices Great stay would definitely return to this hotel.

Very friendly staff and every area of the hotel was spotless. The rooms had brilliant air conditioning. The grounds were so well kept.

The room was clean but small (for 3). Breakfast buffet was okay, as expected for a package hotel buffet. The main pool got very crowded&is packed with sunbeds but the kids splash area was great. Our air conditioning broke and they fixed it quickly but it wasn't great even when it did work. Free wifi areas very limited. Reception staff not very friendly. Very close to the beach. Wouldn't stay again - Venus hotel was much better.
