Nice and compact hotel situated very close to the Trivandrum Central Station. All amenities provided as advertised and the staff was prompt in service and response. The breakfast was decent and overall it was good value for the money

The Spike control to protect the air conditioners made the startup of the AC a little cumbersome, specially if there was a power cut and restore. Other than that, all was good

The breakfast was perfect with not too many options. The location is great too. Very near to the railway station and other sightseeing locations. They have ample restaurants around as well if one fancies food from elsewhere.

The staff were a bit aloof. Everything was done haphazardly. I thank the guy who helped me sort out something wrong with the bill but the other staff were wanting. They didnt bring us the food on time when asked for room service. When we went to the restaurant to eat dinner there was no one to attend to us. We asked for an extra bed to be placed in the room which they only did after many hours.
