Treebo Goodland Residency

I booked Treebo because i thought it would have a minimum quality. But i had a very bad experience. First off all the rooms are not as we see in the picture. It's quite small. The hospitality tray in the room was not refilled. When asked it will be refilled on ask. I doubt the hygiene practices of the hotel. And after all this the worst part was toilet. We had a look into 3 rooms and had to choose a room on the basis of bathroom hygiene. This was my worst ever hotel experience.

Lots of good restaurants near the hotel and 0.5 km from railway station.

In the breakfast, just meeting the bare miimum requirement.

I booked the room for 2 adults. The room provided was tiny room just suitable for 1 adult. In the room they provided 1 glass for drinking, and 1 tea cup and 1 towel. Room was truly snall for 2 adults. Also their payment policy was very bad. Immediately after booking, property management asked for 100% advance payment otherwise they booking will be cancelled. So I paid 100% through UPI. But other Hotels normally ask for 25% advance or 1 night rent as advance. It is well understood the attitude and hospitality they provide.

Not worth the money

Budget friendly decent stay in a very good location which is near to the railway station and bus station.

Need to pay more attention to the cleanliness. Especially linen and duvet

The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast – there was a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was a great way to start my day.

The only downside was the location. Being situated by the roadside made it a bit noisy at times, which affected the comfort of my stay.
