Милый отель на 3 звёзды. Как уже писали в других отзывах, вкусные и сытные завтраки. В целом персонал очень приятный, но есть и не очень приятные люди, с которыми было недопонимание из-за странной системы оплаты услуг на ресепшене.

К сожалению, в номере очень грязные окна. Это очень неприятно и мешает радоваться пребыванию в номере. В закрытом помещении бассейна летали голуби и никто не обращал внимания. Во-первых, птицы гадят в воду, во-вторых, жалко самих птиц, которые не могли выбраться наружу. Я обратилась на ресепшн, и тогда птиц выпустили. И третье, на ресепшн работают люди, которые путаются в ценах на услуги. Мне пришлось полчаса разбираться сколько заплатить за ужин, и за напитки (бар) и мне несколько раз называли разные суммы. Пришлось говорить на нескольких языках, писать на бумаге и тратить время и нервы. И ещё странно, что когда ты платишь за ужин или бар, которые не входят в основной пакет (проживание и завтрак), то тебе не дают счёт для оплаты, а после оплаты не дают чек. И происходит какая-то неясность: оплатил ты или нет. Так быть не должно.

"Noisy, no hot water and extremely disappointing"

Central location, very close to the train station, spacious and clean room

I previously stayed at Casa hotel and left a superb review, which makes my recent experience all the more disappointing. While the room itself was clean and spacious, the overall stay was unpleasant. The night I stayed, the hotel hosted a party in a hall close to my room. The noise was extreme — the bass was so loud that the room literally vibrated. This was especially frustrating because, when booking, I explicitly requested a quiet room and asked not to be placed near the lift. Instead, I was given one of the worst possible rooms: next to the lift and very close to the party venue. When I raised the issue with the hotel reception, the response was limited to an apology and reassurance that the party would end by midnight, along with the comment that such events are not held regularly. However, the hotel clearly knew about the event in advance, yet this was never mentioned at check-in, nor were any steps taken to accommodate my explicit request for a quiet room. In addition, the hot water lasted for less than a two-minute shower before turning lukewarm. Although the receptionist came to check and confirmed that everything was working properly, the second guest had no hot water until the next morning. Additionally, the bathroom door was jammed and we had to call the receptionist in the middle of the night to have it unlocked. These appalling — and frankly unacceptable — conditions significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to Casa Hotel. If you are still considering staying here, I would strongly recommend finding out in advance whether there’s a noisy event planned to take place during your stay and confirming there is hot water!

"Lovely stay"

Older building between rail and bus station so convenient. Staff were marvellous and exceptionally helpful.

Some maintenance lacked detailed finish but decoration was appropriate to age of building. Lovely.
