Devonport House - Constantia

The accomodation inside and out was pure luxery. Lovely setting and close to Groot Constantia where we went for a wedding. The bed was extra comfy. The garden and pool area was stunning. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Will return for sure.

There wasn't anything to complain about.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, die een locatie beheren in het mooie Constantia. Fraai “herenhuis” temidden van de wijngaarden en zeer dichtbij vele restaurants en overige bezienswaardigheden. Kamer en ontbijt waren erg goed. De taart in de middag was van uitstekende kwaliteit.

We waren wat minder enthousiast over de trappen naar enerzijds kamerverdieping en anderzijds het zwembad cq tuinnivo. Toegankelijkheid van zwembad was moeizaam door ontbreken van trapje.

Amazing location, safe and in the middle of great area, amazing breakfast each morning fresh and tailor-made to you taste. Great hosts, friendly and helpful. Overall great place to stay within Cape Town.

Lovely house in a quite part of Constantia. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The owners and staff were outstanding, and really made us feel at home.

The service and accommodation was exceptional. The attention to detail and the bonus of having James the driver to take us about was extremely helpful. If you want a quiet break in a small luxury guest house I would highly recommend. The hosts jacques and Jenn make this a special place.

This was relaxed and classy place to stay. Our room was very well appointed with plenty of cupboard space and a good bathroom. Breakfast was good and efficiently served by the lovely Primrose. All the facilities that you might need were there including a driver that you could pre-arrange to take you out, especially in the evening for dinner. Jaques and Jenni were very friendly and hospitable hosts which made it a very easy and comfortable place to stay.
