The provides drinking water on chargeable basis. Does not have an RO plant. I booked a single room for 3 but was provided only a double bed.

I really enjoyed staying there just because this place is in very convenient to shopping, food, transport and yet very quite in rooms. I was surprised to see the room size, it was huge with 2 baths, very uncommon in Kolkata. I would love to stay there in future.

Room cleaning quality needs to improve.

They told us our booking was non A/C double room,after that they changed A/C triple room but charged more than your booking money. It is very disappointing and unexpected.

Their rate is high. I think always keep Standard rate, not charge more,during festival time.

Bed sheet. was not good.No one come to clean room.Tv not working .wifi not available on room.

Location and stuff's behavior is very good all goods are net and clean and they maintain hygienic
