The humidity of this hotel is very high.

We requested through booking.com to cancel but hotel didn't inform us the update regarding the cancellation so we had to stay, although we didn't like the place.

hot water supply was good

Their machine doesn't take international cards and all the ATM machines in the area didn't work with international cards such as Visa or Mastercards so I wasted lots of time walking around the street looking for a machine that work, I had to go a money exchange to get the tariff , they wanted about twice the price for an air conditioned room about the same price as a 4 star hotel, the walls of the room were dirty and needed painting , there was suppose to be a a desk in all rooms but there was no desk in my room , the bed mattresses were like sleeping on the rocks , the mattresses to me were the world's hardest mattress with no give so I ended up with aches and pains from sleeping on such a hard surface ,the sheets and pillows were very rough and not smooth and comfortable , the only bed linen provide was the bottom sheet there are plenty of better quality hotels available which have air conditioning for around the same price , Kolkata has very high humidity day and night and the climate never suited me and air conditioning is a must

Excellent choice my mom was very happy with her stay here. She enjoyed her stay at this hotel for 21 days straight and she said the staff made all the difference. For next time i will book at this hotel again.

I have booked a Deluxe AC Room but they did not provide that, more over the lady Receiptinist unprofessionally behaved when I asked why Refrigerator is not in the Room since AC Deluxe Room includes Refrigerator. Even they did not provide any Twin beds though they had confirmed me, when I requested them few days before arrival. Smart phone charging port is not available in the Room. No Credit card allows. A guy from Hotel Management team expressed apology and committed to arrange necessary facilities for all the AC Deluxe rooms as they mentioned in different booking site.
