Everything was great for a night’s stay including really helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was there was only a few parking spaces, so we had to leave car parked on a side street 5 mins walk away.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to seaside centre in walking distance. Rooms perfect with everything you need.

Staff are very welcoming, the food is nice slightly disappointed with the portion of chips you get though but other than that it was nice. Rooms are of a decent size. The mattress was a bit firm for my liking but as soon as was in bed I was out like a light. Live band was great. Overall was a nice experience

Clean good size room I had one of the refurbished rooms easy walking distance to town. It also has a bar and the Continental breakfast has good options.

The Hotel is excellent, clean spacious room, plenty of draws and hanging space for clothes, fridge in the room with a bottle of milk for coffee and tea, dog friendly, all members of staff helpful and friendly, good food and a lovely bar, there is nothing I dislike..

I did not actually get here. The hotel cancelled the reservation because they were overbooked and then refused to help in finding an alternative. Their main concern was to blame other people for the overbooking, including, it appeared, the customer. As far as I am aware, the problem arose because they used third party software that did not link correctly with the booking sites. Software that fits link correctly is available

Lovely clean rooms with good facilities, hotel staff were friendly and helpfull. Would definitely stay again if were in the area
