Excellent experience ending with a fun evening in the wonderful hotel lounge!!!

I grew up in Butte, but since moved away. I've always wanted to stay at the Finlen; it's a historic Butte landmark! We stayed in the Motor Inn behind the main tower, but the room was very spacious and immaculate. It had a great little vanity desk, a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, desk, and lounge chair. My little boy was very excited about it. The man at the desk the morning that we checked out was very friendly, and allowed me to bring the little guy up on the mezzanine to see the hotel, which he was absolutely enamored by! Next time, I will try to book in the tower just for the sake of the view at night, but overall a great experience and stay.

The location was excellent. Right in the center of historic Butte. Had a good feel for the "good ol days"

Very dated, TV was stuck on one channel, and laud with outside noise.

The motor inn only has stairs, no elevator.

Beautiful boutique hotel with rich history.
