"Dirty linen"

Our linen was dirty and we contacted the front desk. This is a 4 star hotel, why are the sheets dirty. It was items in the hallway the whole weekend, a clipboard, bag of trash, and a laundry bag.

The lady that booked us in was extremely friendly and courteous.

Although parking is plentiful and for hotel guests only. It still cost us $10 per car (mine and my sisters). She bought a 20oz coke from the snack area...$5.50. She opted for the breakfast buffet that was basic scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, sausage...$20. For that price we could have literally went right down the hill and ate at the Flying Buiscuit AND had a breakfast cocktail. The lighting in the room was terrible while we were getting dressed for our event. The pool was a tiny barbie sized pool...not worth the over $200 to stay for one night! Will not book here again.

The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, I wasn’t prepared for the added cost of parking and lack of continental breakfast. For the price of the rooms, I assumed there would be things that came with it. It is somewhat difficult to get out onto the main highway from the hotel. Again, beautiful hotel, but probably won’t stay there again with kids.
