The Westin Cincinnati

I was walked from the Westin to the Kinley hotel. The room I had originally booked was a king size suite with a view. The room I was given upon moving was 2 sets of bunk beds for me and my wife who is 7 months pregnant. I didn't find out about the Westin being over booked until we arrived at the hotel where the receptionist acted like we were at the wrong hotel until I gave her my confirmation number. Then she acted as if we were beneath her and couldn't get rid of us fast enough. When I called the hotel to speak to a manager with a general question about my stay, the lady I spoke with on the phone asked if I was even looking at the letter that I was given and if I was smart enough to understand it. The staff I interacted with were absolutely unprofessional and I would advise anyone not to stay at this hotel.

Staff was excellent!!! The hotel room was nice, bathroom in room was way to small... The hotel needs updated!!

Staff were very polite and accommodating. Rooms were emaculate.

Can't think of anything not to like.

TV to small for a big room

It was so busy that valet parking was unavailable so we had to drive around the block twice to park. Not the hotel’s fault, but be aware if you’re staying for an event, get there plenty early!
