The Westin Cincinnati

We were there for our anniversary! The staff was absolutely fantastic, the room was very clean and the location was great, close to the baseball stadium!

The location was great. The comfort and quality of the hotel was nice.

I thought we would of had a mini fridge in our room, but what we had was decent.

I’ve stayed at the Westin several times because it’s basically the only hotel with conference facilities in downtown Cincinnati. The location is very central, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed if showing their age a little bit. Restaurant options are very limited in the hotel itself. Here’s my tip: if you want a quiet hotel stay, get a room on the opposite side of the building from the square. The hotel considers rooms facing Fountain Square to be an upgrade, and that’s what I got. Unfortunately, it was during Cinco De Mayo weekend, which meant live music was playing on the square for most of the day and evening Saturday and all day Sunday. Doing a little work or taking a little nap in the room was impossible, despite being across the street and 15 floors up, and wearing silicone ear plugs! If none of this drowns out the music sufficiently, you’ve got a hotel with a noise problem. It isn’t a city thing. Mind you, I have stayed in downtown hotels in London, Chicago and New York and have never had this problem.

Staff was very nice,no waiting long line, room was cleaned nicely,loved the bathroom tub and shower, and nice view outside

The vallet parking wasn't around so I parked in garage myself,kind of creepy going to garage, and picking my car up to leave was a bit difficult, the pay machine was out of order and trying to pay in the garage was not taking my credit card,it kept denying my credit card

Location

Parking. Air went out. Pryor to booking asked about transportation for venue at Heritage Center and was told will accommodate. Night before was told I was mislead even though I had it in email. Had to leave floor to get and vending products.

Loved the location, rooms were a nice size, and staff was so friendly.

The elevators took FOREVER and were always filled, I think only 2/4 were being used. And having to pay for parking in a really really tight garage was frusturating.

The Westin was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The TVs don’t have a good selection of channels and were small
