The staff were absolutely wonderful! Room was a little tight but clean, well-maintained and quiet. The Pool was a hightlight; beautiful design and so serene. Lovely stay.

Overall a very pleasant and great hotel and stay. Location is superb and very convenient located right in central downtown, Calgary close to all amenities. The hotel itself and the rooms are a little dated, but everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet!

We really loved it. The staff and service were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to get around. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend and hope to return to!
