As I have said many times before, any hotel where I sleep well is going to get at least four stars out of five. I asked for a quiet room away from ice machines/elevators and got just that. The fittings are a bit tired but good sleep triumphs every time. The staff were friendly.

Good afternoon! I would like to extend my gratitude for the warm welcome I have received during my stay last November 1st. The front desk agent was very courteous and assisted me with any questions I have. Upon entering my room I was surprised to find cheese plate as a gift with a card from Blesilda Pagaoa. It was a very pleasant surprise and I appreciate the gesture. Alisha also helped me when I was having trouble downloading my ETA for my trip abroad. I highly recommend this hotel. I am so looking forward for my next stay.

Central location in downtown Calgary. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Gym and pool looked nice, but didn't get a chance to use it.

Not a big deal, but wanted to point out that the gym and pool were located in a different tower from our rooms, so it involved going down, through the lobby, and up to another set of elevator.
