The Westin Calgary

The location was great. Right in downtown. I paid extra $30 to park the car underground, that was decent. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Checkout was automatic (so if you go outside in the morning, you cannot get back to the room with your card key, which we learned in hard way). Only reason I’m not putting 10 out of 10 is only because I’ve been to other amazing places. But this hotel has nothing bad to say. I’d love to stay here again.

We stayed for a week and loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downtown location was awesome. The gym was real, not a pretend one to say they have one. It was nice to have The Keg and a Starbucks off the lobby. The hotel restaurant was also very good for breakfast. We loved the pool, and the hotel even has a sauna. The staff--I said they were friendly--were super helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay. By the way, the front desk staff were very nice to us. :)

The price! I paid 49 for parking with the total bill over 400. Definitely will shop around next time.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish - the woman who checked us in, Bless, was professional, friendly and extremely conscientious. She touched base with us to ensure our accommodations were good, and that we had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. She was a pleasure to work with and she clearly cares about her guests. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Calgary!
