Gorgeous hotel and stunning rooms!! Get the executive pass if you can. The hotel has a great french restaurant that serves delicious French fare. If youre downtown Toronto, this is a solid stay!

The Hilton Toronto is in the heart of downtown Toronto which is centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the harbor, Union Station, CN Tower, and Chinatown. The downtown area felt safe and clean even at night. We had a room facing the CN Tower which was ok but nothing spectacular. There were a few minor problems during our stay. The hair conditioner bottle was not refilled for several days until I called housekeeping. There is a concierge but only available on the weekends. The lobby was full of big groups which made it difficult to walk with luggage. Many times the elevator stopped almost on every floor and it took awhile to get somewhere quickly. One day, the elevator got stuck and wouldn’t move. The breakfast buffet was adequate including eggs to order which we were not told about for several days. The highlight of our breakfast was a server named Baba who has worked at the hotel for over 50 years. Every morning he greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to serve us. He is a big asset to the hotel. Even with the few minor problems, the Hilton Toronto is a solid choice in downtown Toronto.

The staff were kind and professional.

The sliding shower door was…. Backward. I don’t know how else to describe it. The entrance was next to the toilet rather than with any sensible clearance. I also honestly think it was overpriced. The room was fine, serviceable, but honestly the rate was obscene for a pretty average room and a weird bathroom.

The lounge or club access is worthy it! Great stay!!
