"Terrible . I won’t go again"

Good location

They put me on a renovation floor . It’s super super noise and when you sleep at night so much paint smell. Terrible .I can’t sleep whole night

I love the floor to ceiling windows, the access to Rideau Mall.

That there isn't a restaurant that provides room service. It would be nice to order in, with delivery to the room.

"Quiet luxury with great views"

This was a little solo getaway and the room / view did not disappoint. The bed was super comfortable and had the little touches I expect. I will say however that the pool and "whirl pool" need some serious upgrades. This was very sub-par. The whirl pool barely had any jets (yes, I did find the on button) and was luke-warm at best. The tiles were chipping away and the water really wasn't that clean.
