"My go to hotel in Ottawa"

I love the Westin and have stayed here many times. Conveniently located only 25 minutes from the airport, across the street from Rideau Canal, connected to the Rideau Centre mall and within walking distance from Parliament and many of Ottawa's tourist attractions. Rooms are clean, updated and quite comfortable. You can even get rooms with a view of Parliament. Underground paid parking, nice restaurant and quick snack area as well.

"A bit pricey, but worth every penny"

staff at the main desk, restaurant and bar were exceptional It’s a beautiful facility very comfortable. The pool Jacuzzi and sauna were excellent. The view from our room on the 19th floor was amazing We had a wonderful time

Odeur de moisissure dans la chambre.. l'hotel a été avisé à plusieurs reprises.. ont utislié des produits nettoyants mais l'odeur a persisté.

"Overall pleasant"

The room was pleasant, and spacious. A microwave was provided upon requesting for one. An extra comforter was also provided upon asking.

The washroom however was really old. The curtains were old and stained There was mold in a few corners.
