The Westin Camino Real, Guatemala

The staff was great Micheal and Miguel from the resturant were my favorite! Very friendly, helpful, accommodating and gave me great ideas of what to do outside of the hotel. Vilma gave me an amazing massage. I would stay here again.

Definitely recommend if staying in Guatemala!

It's expensive

Good location !!! Room are smalls, customer service ok, they need to work on that !!

Was not happy that the AC was not working. They never turned the air on only the fan was turned on. It was very hot especially at night. They fixed it but I think it should be standard to have the AC on with check in.

The pool and the gym are spectacular. Breakfast buffet was really good as well. The staff was really friendly. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it!

Hotel is great, most of the staff is awesome, we just had an incident at one of the restaurants with a disgruntled employee that apparently she doesn't know how to treat guests that pretty much by staying at the hotel is the reason why she has a job. I dont want to get into it but for a hotel this great is sad they have this kindof employees. Othen then that this howtel is awesome every time we go to Guatemala we stay there, location is convenient, restaurants are awesome, staff is very friendly ( except this particular employee) the hotel is getting a little outdated i think is time for an update because is getting a little deteriorated. We eill keep coming back since a couple of things here and there won't be a deal breaker and the bad apple will probably need to be fired.
