The Westin Camino Real, Guatemala

I didn’t feel as welcome as before. Felt like the employees looked down on people who didn’t have suites

This is the place to stay in Guatemala City. It is in Zone 10, safe and central to everything. 10 mins to airport and all major sites within 30 min Uber ride (less than $10).

Just let yourself be pampered and enjoy

Liked the culture, food, pool. Also a casino there but did not go.

Had a wonderful time at the Westin Camino Real in Guatemala City! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of traveling to the beautiful Central American country.

We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Guatemala and it always been excellent. In this visit the only thing that did not measure up was the house keeping. The room was not cleaned (all needed to be made was the bed) although we called to request the service.

GREAT HOTEL GREAT SERVICE DELISH FOOD

The hotel needs a good refurbished. There is only two elevators to the rooms the carpets in the hallways are dirty and smelly the rooms as well as all the furniture are from 1980s or older. The rooms are smelly too as they are dirty have been wet probably from trying to clean them which makes the smell worse and you feel the humor y in the rooms probably from the ac’s. Overall the hotel is in good location holds a great name as been a Westin but doesn’t live to the expectations of what we paid for. And bending a Westin Hotel now part of the Marriott family. It was quite disappointing.
