"Very nice safe hotel"

Very nice hotel in a safe area. I only stayed one night but the hotel is very nice. Not sure I’d want to stay there for a week but great safe hotel if visiting Guatemala city

Great pool but rooms are very outdated! I think the carpets are the same from when I stayed here in 2007. Furniture also exactly the same from my visit 17 years ago. Staff very helpful and friendly. Gym is superb and modern. The Westin is a combination of past and present!

I would recommend this hotel! They let us check in early and staff was accommodating. Beautiful pool with food service. The beds are comfortable as well.
