The lower level has a lot of moisture.

Unclean linens , room had foul odor

U didn't like the lower floor

Because my wife is handicapped they gave us a room that was located where she did not have to climb any stairs. Also it was close to the door we entered from the parking lot.

I thought the bed was a little hard. My wife liked the bed. The drain to the bath tub didn't allow the tub to drain as quickly as it should. The refrigerator which was very large made more noise than expected.

Stayed here with my family for a school trip and it had everything we needed. Clean . Just need to take some pans to cook if you get a suite. Overall awesome stay and the customer service was great !

Everything. The building smells bad, the rooms are old and not well maintained. And lastly, I booked a room with a queen bed and a sis but … there was no sofa in my room.

Not clean at all. The bed was wet and smelled terrible. The floor was really dirty. You could not walk barefoot. Trash all over. In addition, they did not return the hold to my account so I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Will never stay here again. Avoid at all costs.
