"I asked for a refund … the desk clerk could not do that until the next morning . So I have no idea if I was actually cha"

The wheelchair entrance is around at the back of the building . I called the hotel directly to make sure they had first floor rooms… I use a wheelchair . No 1st floor rooms available when I got there.

It is clearly not a place for someone with special needs. I was told that they didn’t hold my room for the date I needed and there was nothing to do about it.
