I called with a question about the rooms location and the staff couldn't give me an answer. Therefore we did not stay! I paid anyway.

Excellent location for us. We were traveling and needed to find a Subaru dealer for service. The hotel was within walking distance. Accepted us and our dog. Pleasant, clean, perfectly fine for us.

Room was a bit small

Absolutely nothing

I didn't like anything. Rooms were dirty, staff was rude, and nothing worked. No tv, no stove and no heat then they wouldn't refund. I only stayed 1 out of 11 nights

Food all over the counters and toe nails under the bed

The outside looks nice. It’s close to what we needed. Convenient parking.

Mold on the tub and walls. Tub leaked. Neighbors were so loud all night long talking and music slamming doors. I was up all night nauseous from the smell of marijuana! The vending machine glass was busted out and nothing inside and the hotel says vending machines available so that was a bummer. Worst part was the marijuana smell and loud neighbors!

Good location and clean rooms

The A/C made a clicking noise when it was running

Free parking and pet area.

Very rude staff, difficult to extend stay, and zero amenities (for it being an extended stay hotel with a kitchen, you’d expect a dish or a toiletry).
