Proximity to Disney was the only positive.

The rooms were out dated and while we signed up for a Dream Room type with ocean or bay view, we got a view of a hotel next door. The staff was unhelpful when I brought this up. This was NOT a 5-star hotel as advertised. I will be disputing the charges on my Chase Saphire card

Beautiful! We had a view of the bay!! There is a cafe where you can sit and have coffee and pastries. They also set up a buffet that is smaller than the Grande Cafe and suited us perfectly on the last day.

שרתון דיסני זה חוויה, מלון יפה , הצוות שירותי בהגזמה. המלון מציעה ללא תשלום נוסף בריכה פנימית שעובדת כל השנה ואונסון פשוט מדהים. הבריכה החיצונית הייתה פעילה ביוני אך בתשלום נוסף. יש מכבסה שאפשר לכבס במחיר מצחיק. יש משחקיה מטורפת לילדים וקומת מכונות. החדר גדול ומרווח מאוד עם מרפסת המיטה נוחה כל יום יש שירות חדרים. פשוט יוצא מהכלל. תודה

Front desk staff were very helpful. Concierge was very helpful bringing our bags down from our room for departure. Housekeeping lent us an adapter for my husbands CPAP. The room was quiet.

The hotel was so busy that we had to wait 2 hours for our bags to be brought to our room.
