found the club level not easy to get into and very busy. really only open at meal times. Staff in lounge not helpful at all. had difficulty to get in just to get a coffee at meal times. would not stay club again - disappointing

Location for Disney parks was perfect - monorail at the bottom of the drive could not have been more convenient.

We booked club rooms, and found Club Lounge times for drinks and snacks in the evening were very restrictive if you visit Disney. Having visited multiple Sheraton properties in US, the club lounge here was very disappointing and we didn't really get any benefit from it. It felt like we had paid extra for a benefit we didn't get any use of.
