The room was clean,the lady Paulette who checked us in was polite and helpful. She's usually the day personal along with Brenda the acting manager. Meet kay the head house keeper who is nice. I must of ask them plenty of questions and they didn't get upset at all. I don't know all the staff so I can't comment on them. But I assume the other staff maybe nice also. I seen a lot of negative comments on other sites on them but I haven't seen anything that they are talking about. I have no negativity about this Hazelwood welcome suites. Never believe bad reviews check it out for yourself.

"Lights out and no compensation or accommodations offered."

Nothing

Had a 4 day complete power outage March 14-18 2025, they have no backup generator or no other accommodations for those 4 glfays in total darkness. Also they did not even give me or any other visit monetary refunds for inconvenience. Plus we didn't pay our hard earned money to be without utilities and for our food to spoil etc . TOTAL DARKNESS
