Welcome Suites Hazelwood

I booked a room for a week for one of my workers. When my worker arrived the staff told him that they didn’t have any rooms available. I wrote the staff in multiple occurrences to get my refund processed. Unfortunately they have failed to acknowledge my request. They even sent me an automated message asking about my stay. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since 1/12/25. I am still awaiting my refund.

Nothing

We could not get checked in there was a shootout by the employees of the hotel so we did not get checked in till 7:00pm. The room was filthy they swept all the trash under the bed. They were burning holes and on Linens and draperies. Monday two days later after we checked out they charged us $100 for a cleaning fee we did not find any paperwork at the front desk or fill out any entrance paperwork at all because they were working with the police at the time they were trying to check us in. We want our money back we want our $100 that they charge us for a room cleanup back and we will be protesting it.

I liked the price And that's about it.

The people yelling and screaming in the hallway, the fact the hours for the laundry weren't posted and my work clothes were locked up in the dryer, the fact there wasn't ANY kitchen utensils or cookware even though they have kitchenette, and our room was allegedly the nicest one yet there was no cable or anything so the TV was useless and we got two terrible pillows and when our stay was nearing the end the staff was super rude. I travel a lot and I'll never stay here again.

The front desk worker is very professional and friendly.I like the room it’s very spacious.I recommend

I like that my wife and I were pretty much left alone. The staff were extremely polite.

I’m pretty sure a few people were selling drugs out of the place.
