Friendly staff. Clean. Nice breakfast. Easy to get to right off the highway.

One of the bolts on the toilet was broken so it rocked every time you sat on it.

"Worst hotel experience ever, including customer service."

I tried reaching out to the front desk, to the email provided by the front desk, the online portal and got zero response so I'll post this here: Dear Fairfield by Marriott Port Huron Management, I am writing to formally request a full refund for our stay on March 14, 2026. Unfortunately, the experience my family and I had during our stay was extremely disappointing. We were unable to get any rest until after 4:00 a.m. due to excessive noise coming from the room next to us. The guests in that room were yelling, screaming, and repeatedly hitting the wall. There was also a young child running around so heavily that we could literally feel the floor shaking in our room. My fiancé went to the front desk around 11:30 p.m. to report the disturbance. Despite this, the noise continued for hours. We made three additional calls to the front desk throughout the night to report the situation, with the last contact occurring around 4:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved and the guests were allowed to remain in their room while the disruption continued. Because of this, our entire night was ruined. We paid a significant amount of money expecting a comfortable place to rest, but instead we spent most of the night awake and are now attempting to drive home severely sleep deprived. This was, without question, the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. Given the circumstances and the lack of resolution despite multiple reports to the front desk, we believe a full refund is warranted. Please let us know how this situation will be addressed.
