The breakfast was good, beds were comfy

A bunch of stains on the carpet, some carpet was missing, bathtub was all chipped and scratched, and we saw cockroaches and I know another room had them as well(we got told about it).

The facilities were not clean. The lobby floor and elevators were disgusting. The only positive about the room was the bed. The floors were sticky and gross. There was a brown gooey substance on the phone, tv remote and splattered on a wall. The bathroom fan did not work and we were only provided 3 towels for 4 people for a 2 night stay. When asking for additional towels and an additional blanket we were denied. When asking again on the second night we were given one single half sized towel. There were large events both nights in the establishment and the attendees were allowed to yell and run through the halls downstairs and upstairs. During and after the events, the lobby entrances and exits were covered in cake and party debris. We were shocked to see no effort at cleaning up even the days following. There was literally a full sized slice of cake in the middle of the doorway for two days. Multiple times during our stay we were engulfed in marijuana smoke as someone had to be smoking indoors. The public trash cans were overflowing when we arrived and were never emptied during our stay. At our departure the trash in the indoor cans and exterior cans was being stacked almost equal height to the cans. Our stay was miserable and we contemplated canceling and booking somewhere else and honestly should have.

We like the staff, location, price, breakfast and the big windows. We like everything and we always choose to stay there when we go to Omaha!

No complaints,we loved it

Decided to pick this hotel last minute as I was having some repairs done to my house. I needed to just stay for one night , I was charged for two nights. The front desk was extremely rude when I asked about this issue. I kindly asked if I can only get charged for the first night and they said there is nothing they could do. I will be charged for two nights when I only stayed for one night. Worst experience I have ever had in my life with the hotel. the rooms were extremely dirty. Bed was so horribly uncomfortable. The food was awful. The shower was extremely rundown, barely any pressure. Please do not stay at this hotel.
