This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. My hubby booked us a hotel in celebration. A night of relaxing for mom & dad. Lady at the front was unamused and not thrilled with her job, you could tell. Got checked in… as soon as you stepped in the elevator you could tell the place was FILTHY. The floors were disgusting, smears on the elevator walls. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt… Got to our room, opened the door and immediately get hit with THE WORST smell that just may be permanent stuck in my nose. Imagine the smell of Mildew, must, trash, and that someone was chain smoking cigarettes in the room. Disgusting. Then- the TV didn’t work. Called down to the front desk and she said she would send someone up… no one ever came. And then in the middle of the night I’m using the restroom… and I see these tiny bugs on the bathroom floor. Took a pic and google searched it…. It was a cockroach nymph!! I never leave reviews but felt this was necessary. BEWARE. Stay far away from this hotel!! I wish I would have taken pictures of how gross this place was.

Very dirty, room smelled like smoke, bath tub and walls peeling and chipped. Did not feel safe.

While the onsite staff was friendly, this is a 2-star hotel. My experience did not match the 3-plus star ratings or pictures on Tripadvisor site. Rooms were very, very aged and smelled heavily of smoke. We had two rooms on different floors and both rooms were in poor condition with heavily stained carpets, banged up furniture and degrading bathrooms. Toilet would not flush in one room. There were multiple loud, drunk guests in common areas in the evening. No security onsite. I would not recommend this hotel or location to families or traveling professionals.

The beds were comfortable. Coffee was ok.

The rooms are very worn down. The TV did not work, and phone did not work to call the desk. There was no answer when I called from my cell phone. In the bathroom, there were not enough supplies (wash clothes, towels, no tissues, broken toilet paper roll). The shower had chipped paint all over. There were many stains on the carpet. The floors in the lobby, elevator, dinning area were very dirty. The breakfast was not up to par with other Comfort Inns. Even though we ate breakfast early (7:20), the eggs had dried out, and the sausage was dry. It was a very expensive stay ($170 with taxes), but was not worth that money.

The property was not very clean. Our room had a carpet stain, scraped walls, a scratched tub, and a piece of the metal bed frame sticking out that scraped two people in our room. The elevators were dirty and small and smelled like smoke.

Room 310 was dirty. My eyes burned and were red from the carpet, My nose was running, and I was coughing from the air vents blowing dust and contagions. I am mildly allergic to dust and mold, and rarely have a reaction unless it is really bad. As soon as I left the room my symptoms disappeared. The toilet barely flushed. The toilet paper holder was broken. The sink faucet handle was very loose, and dripped water. The tub had been painted, and was chipped everywhere with old tub showing through. There were only window sheers, with blazing lights coming in so bright we couldn’t sleep. (Except for 2 twelve inch unmoveable “decorative” drape panels that kept no light out}. The sheets were very pilled, and scratched at my skin. The pillows were so lumpy, I couldn’t get comfortable. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave. Ice bucket had some kind of food stuck in it. The pop machine down the hall had an opening that was thick with sticky, gross spillage. Friends in other rooms had even worse problems. I have stayed in several other Comfort Inn and Suites, that were great. 7007 Grover Street, Omaha Nebraska is horrible. It should have negative stars.
