The ice machine was broken, the front desk staff were surly and unhelpful, the cost of the room was WAY overpriced for what I got. I booked the Ramada because of the "brand name" reputation. What a disappointment. I would never recomend ti to anyone I know. Terrible experience.

Big rooms

There were elders people in the main floor are in long term care. In my opinion, the guests should be on first floor only.

Horrible experience. Dirty hotel, cracked out people hanging around. Our family was put on a wing where about 20 rooms were being used for geriatric care. Open doors, nurses in and out. We booked for 2 nights, paid $230 per night. Tried to cancel but General Manager Phil told us we couldn’t. Desk worker told us that Phil was in a meeting and unable to talk to us, but he was really just at a baseball game. He refused to talk to me, just sent me a rude email. Dirty hotel. AVOID

Had a CAA member but couldn’t take advantage of this because booked through third party. Should have been able to do this at the desk upon check in.
