The location and the pool

Being told off by an egotistical man! We were there for vacation after we fled domestic abuse! And the ants in my bathroom! The food for the buffet was not very good either

"Absolutely awful, the dirtiest place i've ever been, and I don't think anybody had ever been in our"

Nothing. Absolutely awful hotel, disgusting, dirty, .

There was no phone in the room. The court was missing front desk said they couldn't do anything. There was brown stains all over pillow cases. There was no toilet paper in the hotel room and because I didn't have a phone I had to go find a cleaning staff to get toilet paper because when I called the room from my cell phone, no one would answer while my kids were in the pool. Water from the ceiling was dripping on their head. There was hair in the tub. The toilet seat was filthy dirty. The lamp in the room was leaning and broken.The room was disgusting.Had it not been that we didn't have an opportunity to look for another place.Because we were there for a tournament.It was awful, and then I tell the staff and I asked for a cot in the room, and they wanted to charge me ten dollars, which was absurd.
