The wait staff in the lounge was excellent along with the gentleman that sat us! The lady at the front desk was grouchy though. Our room wasn’t very clean and to get into the elevator was a nightmare!

The hotel was updated and beautiful! Blu bar servers were friendly, front desk staff helpful. They even gave us a validated parking pass for the one night we would have had to pay. Comfy bed, clean room. Would recommend and 100% stay again!

Did not allow a bereavement rate. The toilet seat was cracked. The handheld shower head was broken and spraying water. Bathroom door latch was broken. Unacceptable for a $300/night room. Photos included.

Front desk staff was wonderful and so friendly! Nice hotel, everything was very clean. Liked the key card for the elevator. Would have liked better pillows on the bed but very minor detail. Overall very happy with this hotel.
