- Loved the facilities. - Great activities including a putting course for kids and adults, heated pool and easter activities for kids. - Great vibe - Good food and ambience at the restaurant - 10 min drive from carmel town and point lobos

The housekeeping service can be more mindful to not wake people up at 8am - and to definitely not try to enter the room if not answered - especially on checkout day.

literally everything. Our room was amazing, bed was comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic.

again, literally everything the surroundings are beautiful. The food at the restaurant was amazing.

"Beautiful place, but too many hiccups for the price."

The property is beautiful. The pool is very nice and the staff was friendly. It's walking distance from Baja Cantina Mexican restaurant. Free e-bike rental. Free coffee and tea in the lobby if you can get there between 5:30-6:30am (but the hot water machine was out of order.) Best Regards, The Quail Team

I had let them know in advance it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We rented two rooms for ourselves along with another 4 rooms for our group. They responded "Congratulations! I will go ahead and add notes on your reservation regarding your 30th Anniversary celebration." I thought maybe a card or bottle of wine? Nope, nothing. And our room was upstairs without an elevator and less nice than others in our group. Disappointed.

Room was excellent , comfortable for two. The Golf Putting was good and had fun. The overall property is big . We enjoyed the pickle ball game as well . Breakfast was excellent, and dinner in the mexican place was excellent.

In the nights , the property gets really dark and has very less lights . This is not a con but cant enjoy the overall views . The restaurant inside the property does not have much options so the outside mexican is good. All of these are bit costly
