Very decent, clean, and cozy. I also want to note that the restaurant was far better than others in Carmel in terms of the service, ambiance, and food quality offered incredible value for the price.

"Beautiful but not restful for light sleepers."

Room was very comfortable and clean. This part I would give 10 stars.

While the lake view was lovely, the extremely loud noise of mating frogs kept me awake both nights I was there. When I called the front desk at 1 am for earplugs, there was no answer.

"Beautiful location and a well maintained property with plenty of amenities. Great service and food."

Edgar's restaurant was excellent, broad menu to choose from with plenty of healthy fare. Room was a little cramped but the bathroom was spacious. Very clean and well maintained property.

Room was not really setup for a relaxing stay. But the amenities in the property make up for the cramped room.
