Staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly. The cupcakes for the baseball game were a nice touch. Breakfast was good.

It’s showing its age in many places on the exterior and in some of the furnishings inside.

"Nice...but breakfast was HORRIBLE"

First time staying at a Sheraton. The front desk service was awesome. The room was clean. Our server on Friday night (08/29) was awesome, and our server for breakfast was awesome (08/30-31; 09/01). BUT...breakfast was HORRIBLE. 1st pic. 8/30/2025: The eggs could have been powdered, the bacon was burnt, and it was very hard to eat, and the potatoes were really burnt. 2nd pic. 8/31/2025: was no better. We tried to be smart and get our eggs over easy, just to make sure we were getting real eggs. Potatoes still burnt, bacon still burnt. 3rd pic. 09/01/2025: I got blueberry pancakes. I figured you could not mess that up. The pancakes were ok. The bacon was a bit less burnt. My boyfriend ordered eggs over easy... they came out runny. It was like no care was made with our food. We paid for our breakfast in advance. I should have known something was wrong... people left the food pretty much untouched. I expected so much more for this being a Sheraton. These pictures are not manipulated in any way... This is what we were served by the Sheraton.

Received well at check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was superb, clean, and well made up. Excellent A/C options. Excellent views. Nice Tv channel selections with very user friendly big remote. Quiet rooms with some sound proofing from outside traffic and siren noises.

We were gone from 10:30am-7pm and the room wasn't cleaned, resupplied, and bed wasn't remade up. Furniture was old big bulky antique type stuff which I kind of liked being a past furniture factory employee. But there were some evident wear and tear places and spots on some of it.
