Great stay

Our complaint was the fee for parking! No complimentary parking! $40 per car. No complimentary coffee. Charged $5.00 for 3 cups in the restaurant

This hotel is in a great location to Camden Yards. The parking was outside and around the corner yet still pretty convenient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable

Elevators took a long time and made me a bit nervous.

We were able to check in early..Check-in gentleman was super nice,friendly,and helpful..location was perfect..we’ll definitely be back!

Overall, it was a decent stay. The biggest appeal was the walk ability. 6 minute walk to Camden Yards, and a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. The elevators are slow, the escalators didn’t work, and the outdoor terrace was unavailable. My biggest complaint was being placed right next to the elevator, which was loud and ran all throughout the night. Additionally, the AC was very loud every time it turned on or off. We were woken up dozens of times throughout the nice due to the elevator and AC noises.

This hotel is the perfect location for visiting the Orioles stadium and the Inner Harbor. You can easily walk to both. Convenient parking garage attached. Room was great. Bed was comfortable. There are two restaurants, a steak house that we didn’t try, and the more casual grill with a friendly bar, which was great. Service exemplary throughout.

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to both Camden Yards and M&T Stadium.

Loud Plumbing ( you would wash your hands and the toilet would start gurgling) and air conditioning was noisy (made a tapping sound the whole time it ran)

Lots of stores near that offered a variety of food to eat, and the bed was very comfortable.

Komplett veraltet Hotel, Klimaanlage uralt, Zimmertüren viel zu laut, Parkhaus schmutzig und dunkel und das für 35euro, das ist Wucher. Der Gast sollte dem Hotel sagen wann die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen, Nach 3 Tagen war das Zimmer angeblich gemacht, jedoch um 16 Uhr war das nicht der Fall. Man sagte uns, das Zimmer im VIP Bereich werden zuerst gemacht. Die Armaturen im Bad waren loose und aus der Wand sah man ein elektrisches Kabel, Wasser und Elektrizität ist ein no go. Der Teppichboden war sehr schmutzig. Das Personal an der Rezeption sprach teilweise schlechtes Englisch und sehr unhöflich. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es ein zwei Klassen Hotel ist. Die Gäste der ersten 7 Etagen wurden anders behandelt als die Gäste der oberen Etage. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ok und Sheraton Hotels in anderen Städten sind viel besser als dieses. Als ich mich beschwerte, dass ich um 15uhr keinen Parkplatz in der Hitelgarage finde, sagte man mir, hinter dem Hotel können sie parken, Witz. Nachdem 3 Tage hintereinander Baseball Spiele waren, war das Parkhaus öffentlich, zahlende Gäste. Für die 2 Tage wo ich nicht im Parkhaus parken wurde mir die Tagesrste nicht erstattet. Ich war in vielen guten Hotels.com in verschiedenen Städten aber das war bisher das schlechteste. Nie wieder.
