This is my second year and this place never disappoints me -from the staff to the food all AMAZING

It is still in my opinion the best hotel for families with children of the Keys. Location and view super. Fishing in the morning from the pier is a must for children.

Service is worsening. Internet is a disaster if someone wants to work. Restaurants are bloody expensive with mediocre quality. Fresh orange juice is just Walmart juice kept in fridge. If you bring your fish catch to cook it costs 40 bucks, just for grilling, but if you buy the same fish as a course at the same restaurant it costs 36…which makes a client uncomfortable. Just some examples.

Mandatory valet parking at $35/day when we could have easily parked ourselves. Was not the case when we booked. Amenities were in disrepair—paddle boards all had huge chunks missing from the fiberglass, glass bottom kayak was cloudy and dirty, bike tires had no tread, foosball handles fell off into our hands, pool table balls fell through the pockets and onto the floor. Our partial ocean view room was about one foot of water near the shoreline if we looked hard through the vegetation. Only one expensive restaurant on site and one bar with limited food options. Beach is very small with 3 rows of beach chairs up against each other, no ability for long walks on the beach. The only place to walk or bike was the path along the busy highway that connects all of the Keys

Caloosa restaurante was great. Service and food incredible . SpecialllyTJ and Phalane and the whole crew were amazing
