This is a very nice hotel. Room was clean and nice, standard Marriott. Bar drinks and food very good. Location for us was not ideal - there really isn't a lot to do at night within walking distance. Hotel is several blocks from Independence Hall - not a bad walk but not real close. There really isn't much to do on the riverfront. Parking fee was way too high. Housekeeping woke us up in the morning as they were so loud. M lounge was ok - nice to have free beverages. Breakfast was below average - fresh fruit very good.

Lovely hotel near old city.

I have been a guest at Marriott Bonvoy Olde City several times (My son is a Philadelphia resident in Old City.) During this particular visit there was a wedding party and some sort of other gathering that was very noisy and very late. I understand the celebratory moods and parties, but perhaps some investment in sound barriers on those balconies might help. Also - valet service was dreadful this time. Not enough space in your entry circle, not enough employees to help with valet requests and unloading of vehicles. Perhaps expand that space even at the expense of affecting the front landscape. My vehicle was requested early in the morning, and I still had to wait almost an hour when I was leaving. Seems they could not locate the car.. I missed a lunch date. Next, I was quoted a price online of $809.74. At check-out the bill was $960.91.
