Clean rooms

We stayed here for three nights. It was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. This is an older property situated among cobblestone streets. (I believe it used to be a Sheraton.) Gym is spacious. Location is a very short walk to Spruce Street Harbor (where they had free outdoor jazz concerts on Friday nights). The hotel is also near a wide range of restaurants and bars in Old City. It is also an easy walk to the Liberty Bell and Independence hall. Toilet is loud and has a very powerful flush. When we were there, there were three wedding parties there, so it was kind of loud at night. They provide ear plugs in the room.

Awesome beautiful hotel. Loved it very much. Loud noise at night from wedding groups. Not an issue for us but they had ear plugs in the rooms and we found out why. Thin walls. :) stay here unless you have

Location very close to our event. Valet parking and on-site breakfast were a bit pricy.

The staff was top tier. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left.

The duvets were old and stained which gave the impression of uncleanliness.

We absolutely loved our stay in Old City. The front desk and bar staff were awesome! Cant wait to visit again

I have stayed at this property before and suggested that my group stay there because of the positive experience. However, I was not as impressed with the service this visit. During booking, I had to pay a fee for an additional guest in the room but when we arrive the room was not set up for 4 people as I had listed on my reservation. I called guest service to request 2 more sets of towels and when we returned that evening the towels had not been delivered. I had to call guest services a second time to eventually receive the requested towels. I am not sure what I paid the additional fee for in this case. Additionally, we waited over an hour for valet parking with no communication from the staff about the status of car or our place in the queue.
