Philadelphia Marriott Old City

No ability to get breakfast unless a Bonvoy member. Grab and Go was not stocked. Staff said there was a restaurant but no one was there to serve. Staff should have asked to see if I was a Bonvoy member, which I already was. The staff did arrange for me to get free WiFi. It’s outrageous this isn’t standard.

I must tell everybody about an extraordinary experience.I had at the marriott at number one.Dock street old city philadelphia. Our car, which is getting older now. Died right in the valet parking lane. All three attendants, Jeff, Zeke a Wes moved cars around and worked magic to jump start our car and got us on our way. Give these guys a raise they are lifesavers.

Garlen, Zeke, and W are the greatest. They retrieved my stuff for me so i could come back and pick it up. Wonderful experience and the valet service is too notch.

The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff. But the highlight of my stay was getting coffee in the morning in the lobby! It was delicious and helped me get my day started on a great note.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.

I recently stayed at the Old City Marriott and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is charming, with comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a prime location that’s perfect for exploring the historic area. But what really made my trip memorable was the outstanding service throughout. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, but I have to give special praise to the valet team, especially Zeke and W. They were exceptionally kind, efficient, and always ready with a smile, even during busy times. Whether it was handling my car quickly or offering helpful tips about the neighborhood, their attentiveness truly elevated the whole stay. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days! If you're looking for a reliable, upscale hotel with top-notch service, I highly recommend the Old City Marriott. I'll definitely be back!
