"Recepcionista descortés y ventanas sucias"

El recepcionista que me atendió el primer dia se negó a brindarme una factura argumentando que solo Booking podría darmela. Las ventanas exteriores estaban tan sucias que no se podia aprovechar las vistas a la calle desde la habitación.
