Bristol Hotel Frankfurt

Looked fir a budget hotel near the station. Great value, decent large room, ketch’s area

Location is very good although many people hanging around outside. Service was just ok. Rooms clean but corridors dirty. Breakfast good choice but expense. The cost of the room for what you got was ridiculously expensive. I won’t be staying there again.

It was the worth hotel I stayed in Germany and not the lowest price. The room I was given did nit have light. I just had to keep the door to the bathroom opened- that was the only sauce if light available. The administration could not offer me anything else and could not bring any standing lamps either . The room was full of smell of cigarette , carpets were all in spots. I came to breakfast c 9 am, and by then most stuff was already eaten , and I was met with empty dishes. Do not recommend this hotel to any one. They also charged £230 for this hole of devil.

The worst hotel experience of my entire life! If you want to be welcomed by cigarette and chemical house perfume the entire stay you're at the right place! Starting at the reception! We did 2 different rooms because of the awful cigarette smell! At first they said it came from outside, but no, the smell is impregnated in the walls and the carpet! With my allergies let me tell you how horrible I felt the next day, throat pain, headache and itchy eyes! The hotel is aware of the problem because they spray this horrible house perfume all over the place! Also during the night, people invited themselves in the hall way, and started knocking at room doors and also tried to open some of them with a hotel cars they probably found! Imagine this happening around 3am! We were scared to death when they tried opening our door. So I directly called the reception, someone came to so what was happening and the people who were there didn't want to leave! They said to the receptionist he could call the police! Anyways this lasted a time of the night, during that time we were scared and couldn't sleep, not knowing who or what kind of crazy people were behind that door! We were supposed to stay 2 night! It was not in question for me to stay 1 more night in this horrible unsafe hotel! They said I would get a refund, well... I'm still waiting and I can not join the hotel because they are IGNORING ALL my emails!!! The worst hotel experience of my entire life! Very very basic Hotel. Absolute minimum. Not a very nice area - wouldn't recommend to a woman alone. Breakfast is nothing special and the whole place is very dated and minimum upkeep. It's a budget hotel, priced at mid-tear.

Noisy , bathroom not very good

Hotel is very conveniently located. Close to a nice mall with many of food choices. The roof top restaurant Alex was exceptional. A quick mile walk to the Christmas Market and there is plenty of shopping on the way and dining experiences. If you bring a vehicle expect to pay 35 Euros a day to park-a block away.

Hotel room is big for the prices. Checked in and was asked to pay €8 more than what I should be paying, that staff had some attitude. The other nicer staff agreed it is already included in the booking. Went up to the toom, hallways are really worn out and unclean. The room itself is very dim, lamp light is not working so went down again to inform the staff, he said he will look for the light. Came back an hour later after dinner and he said the lamp he found may not fit the lamp but I said I will try my chance. I have no problem with the room for that price but little did I know that the neighborhood is horrible. It is so unsafe to walk around in broad daylight, there are junkies everywhere trying to sell you drugs and homeless people. You feel completely unsafe, never stay in that neighborhood. It is absolutely horrible neighborhood and definitely not safe for anyone to walk alone.
