"I got double charged and had a staff member just walk in our room at 9:30 when we didn’t have to check out until noon."

"Wait till construction is over"

A business event with about a hundred attendees planned here despite construction not being done. The results: the night before the event when attendees are checking in: WiFi doesn’t work, call person at front desk, she told me to come down (in my pj’s um no), implying it was my issue. Also that she is the only one working that night. Nope I just kept trying for 10m it eventually worked. Next : working on a deadline the morning before the event and I need breakfast in the room to make the deadline. Nope. The restaurant “moved to the other side and can’t do room service for a few more days”. Travelling for pleasure? No big deal at all. But business travel is different. If this is how much effort they put into planning for a business event - it’s not suitable for business travel until - maybe - construction is done (it’s been going on for over a year)

Amy checked us in and was amazing. We forgot our wedding gift when we left on an uber and she went upstairs to look for it and kept it so we could retirieve it when we came back from the wedding. Also the young lady that worked the night shift was super friendly while we waitied for pizza! Great customer service. Pool was wonderful! Drinks were delcious!

No room service- the tv said restaurant was open for lunch and it was not. Hotel was u def construction and very loud. Checked out a day early.
