Hair on the bathroom floor, overhead lighting was broken, street lamp outside window came through window with both blinds down so light in room all night. Housekeeper didn’t knock and tried to enter when we were still in bed

Seen cockroaches in the breakfast area on the cups. My wife and I woke up with bites on our feet and ankles..Definitely won't go back.

The room was very clean and it was quiet. I didn’t hear any noise. The morning clerk at the desk was very thoughtful.

No receipt could be given to me.

The location was very central to shopping, fuels, and restaurants.

One outside security door would not shut and latch. Another security door handle was broken and would not open. Finally, the window of my first floor room was completely broken into 2 pieces. This allowed the winter air to come right into my room. I had to keep the heat up the entire time. When I alerted the front desk, the gentleman there said, "ok," and did not offer to move us or fix the issue.

The location was ideal for me.

I didn't think much of the breakfast and passed on it. I would have been more comfortable if there was a chair was in the room. A recliner would have been ideal. Booking was a sore spot. I first tried going to my Wyndham rewards account and then to AmericInn, neither of which allowed me to make a reservation. A person at the desk would have been more welcoming, and my keys did not work for the second day of my stay. Longer hours at both ends would have been nice, especially if they were for adults only.
