The room was clean except somebody's leftovers were in the frig. You could tell they are in the middle of renovation, but, overall it was clean and the staff were helpful and nice.

Property is in desperate need of updating and repair. Room was dark even with lights on. Curtains don't open and and were broken. Carpet...ick and bathroom, well i used the toilet, husband used shower and there was no soap in the dispenser. If needing a room in future willingly to pay more for better accommodations. Staff was great.

Staff was slow to arrive for check in.

Should be cleaner. Especially when you find cockroaches in the bathroom.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows

Room still had old food in refrigerator, not sure if left by a guest or staff. Breakfast was lacking and equipment was not fully functional. Rooms closet didn’t have a bar or hangers which made it difficult for hanging clothes. Iron didn’t heat up well.

Window was broke, no alarm clock. Room was run down

Booked a room mainly for the whirlpool. Once I got in the room I almost turned around and left. I will just say that there were so many problems with cleanliness in the room that I could have thrown up Yes. It was that bad

Poor cleaning Didnt feel sanitized or clean at all Bugs Spider webs Grime and who knows what in the tub Paint everywhere. No screen on windows. Let alone lock. Freezer was so built up with freezer burn that couldn't use it. One way in. One way out. Staff live at hotel and watch you very closely Sit in hallways all night long talking on phone Very disturbing Know relentlessly on your door even while having the dbd sign up Just a poorly run hotel
